The location near the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road is excellent for connectivity across Hyderabad. The 24/7 gated security with CCTV provides peace of mind. One minor concern is the actual construction progress, which seems a bit slow, but hopefully, they will pick up the pace.
