Modi Buildeis the developer, and the project completion is slated for January 2028. Being a business owner, the availability of business suites within the project is a unique and appreciated feature. The Olympic-sized swimming pool and the mini theatre are also attractive amenities for family entertainment. The location near the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road is excellent for connectivity across Hyderabad. The 24/7 gated security with CCTV provides peace of mind. One minor concern is the actual construction progress, which seems a bit slow, but hopefully, they will pick up the pace.
