Being in Gachibowli means we are close to potential job opportunities and amenities. The price was around 1.65 Cr, which was a stretch but manageable. It’s a ready-to-move project, so we didn’t have to wait. The gymnasium and multipurpose room are great for us. We appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems. The only drawback is the connectivity to the main road; it requires navigating some narrower lanes, which can be inconvenient at times.

  I picked up a 3 BHK at GM Infinite Smondo for my growing family. The built-up area is a comfortable 1435 sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. We needed something ready to move, and this project fit the bill perfectly, completed back in October 2012. Being in Gachibowli is also a huge advantage for my business travels. The only downside is that the prices are on the higher side, ranging from 1.3 Cr to 1.67 Cr, but the quality seems good. The location is quite convenient with malls less than a short distance. We liked the landscaping and the gazebo area for relaxing.

Having Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gachibowli nearby (1.21 KM) was a major factor in our decision. It's a ready-to-move project, so we could settle in quickly. The price was about 1.67 Cr. The kids play area and swimming pool are big hits with the children. The 100% power backup is also a huge relief. The only issue we’ve noticed is that the roads around the project can be dusty during construction periods in nearby areas. But the community itself is well-maintained.
