We finally decided to upgrade from our rental and bought a 4 BHK villa in Global Pride Heritage. The built-up area is a generous 3870 square feet, which gives us plenty of space for our family. The location near Khodiyar on SG Highway is quite convenient, though sometimes traffic can be a bit much during peak houWe liked the idea of having a senior citizen siteout and the children's play area is a good bonus. The price was around 2.86 Crore onwards, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the space justifies it. The developer, Global Infra Con, seems to have a decent track record. We are looking forward to moving in soon.
