The saleable area is quite spacious, around 1600 Sq.ft, which is a big change from our current place. It’s great that both Johnson Grammar School and Yashoda Hospitals are within nearby distance. This makes life so much easier. The project is under construction by Gkh Properties Private Limited and is scheduled for completion in November 2027. We did notice that the Lalaguda Station Bus Stop is nearby, which might be a slight inconvenience for public transport use, but we primarily use our own vehicle. The promised water conservation and rainwater harvesting amenities are very appealing.
