    We finally bought our own place at Gk Triad Block B in Hyderabad. It's a 3 BHK apartment with a good saleable area of 2249 Sq.ft. Moving from a rental in Sainikpuri, we wanted more space for our kids and this seemed to fit the bill. The location on 18 M Road is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houheading towards ECIL. We liked that it's a gated community and has 24X7 water supply, which is crucial. The price was around 1.27 Crore onwards, which was at the higher end of our budget but manageable. The completion is expected in November 2024, so we are waiting patiently. We are hoping the construction quality is good, as GK Builde& Developeare known for their work.

It’s a ready to move in property, which was important for us as we wanted to settle in quickly. The 3 BHK configuration offeample space, 2249 Sq.ft saleable area, for our growing family. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security for the children. We appreciated the inclusion of a Vastu Compliant design and power backup, which is essential given Hyderabad's weather. The price point of 1.27 Crore onwards was competitive for this area and the size of the apartment. We also noted the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The only slight worry is that the OC received status is not available yet, but the builder assured us it's being processed.
