    We chose GK Surya Arcade for our family. The 3 BHK apartments offer ample space, with saleable areas from 1842 Sq.ft to 2115 Sq.ft. The location in Kowkoor, Secunderabad is decent, and the fact that Pallavi Model School - Alwal is nearby was a huge factor for us. It makes school runs so much easier. The budget of 96.7 Lakhs to 1 Crore was at the higher end of our expectations, but the convenience is undeniable. It's currently under construction, with completion expected in August 2026. We are slightly worried about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but hope it settles down once we move in. The car parking facility is also important for us.
