The location in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad is what attracted us, and it’s close to schools and hospitals like Akshara International School and Tulasi Hospitals. We are considering a 3 BHK flat, which has a good saleable area of around 1992 sq.ft. GK Builde& Developeare building this. It’s currently under construction with an August 2025 completion date. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity we are looking for. However, the Mettuguda Metro Station is quite far, about 7 kilomete, which makes daily commuting a bit of a challenge for us as we rely on the metro for our work.

My partner liked the idea of 24x7 water supply and rain water harvesting, which is good for the environment. Location in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad is decent, close to Akshara International School which is a plus if we plan for kids soon. The main concern is the construction status, it’s still under construction and due for completion in August 2025. So we have to wait a bit. Also, the developer GK Builde& Developehaven’t given exact details on parking, and for two cait might be an issue.
