It's ready to move, which means my parents wouldn't have to wait. I chose a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 936 sq.ft for them. The location is good, with Akshara International School and Tulasi Hospitals being very close by, which offepeace of mind. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are essential for my parents. The closed car parking is also a good feature. While I haven't seen it myself, my parents have mentioned that the surrounding roads can be a bit busy, but overall they are happy with the apartment and the convenience.
