It's ready to move, which means my parents wouldn't have to wait. I chose a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 936 sq.ft for them. The location is good, with Akshara International School and Tulasi Hospitals being very close by, which offepeace of mind. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are essential for my parents. The closed car parking is also a good feature. While I haven't seen it myself, my parents have mentioned that the surrounding roads can be a bit busy, but overall they are happy with the apartment and the convenience.

I purchased a 2 BHK unit, which is 936 sq.ft built-up. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting are practical and important for long-term living. The proximity to Tulasi Hospitals is also reassuring, although I hope not to need it often. The location in Sainikpuri is pleasant. My only reservation is the parking situation. While closed car parking is available, the spaces seem a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, GK Builde& Developeseem to have delivered a solid product. It feels like a comfortable place to spend my retirement.

It's practically close to the hospital, which is a massive convenience for my long working houI decided on a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1303 sq.ft. The space is ample, and it's ready to move in, saving me the hassle of further construction delays. The 24x7 water supply is a must, and they have that. The closed car parking is also a plus. The only downside is the noise from the Hi Tension Road nearby, especially during the day. It's something I'll have to get used to, but the proximity to work is unbeatable.
