Moving to Hyderabad for work meant finding a convenient place near the hospital. Gemcare Poulomi Hospitals is only nearby, which is perfect. I chose a 3 BHK flat here, around 1970 sq.ft, which is a good size for me and occasional guests. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor as I needed to settle in quickly. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good initiatives by Gk Infra Con. My only slight concern is the road leading to the project; it can get a bit dusty during dry weather and parking is a bit tight. But overall, the proximity to essential facilities is a huge advantage.
