I purchased a 1 BHK in GK Developer St Kanwarram Palacio Phase 2. The size is around 360 square feet carpet area. It is a ready to move project, completed in June 2021. The location in Moshi, MIDC is quite convenient with schools like SNBP International nearby, and the hospital is also very close. Having the Dehu-Alandi road right there is helpful for access. The developer, GK DevelopePune, has included rainwater harvesting and 24/7 water supply which are essential. I found the parking situation slightly concerning, especially the open parking slots. They could have planned that better.

They have a good number of amenities like tree plantation and a swimming pool which is quite large. The 2 BHK apartments have a carpet area starting from 466 square feet, which gives you decent space. The proximity to the Pune-Nashik highway is excellent for connectivity. My main concern is the ongoing development in the area, which means there is quite a bit of dust and construction noise during the day. The GK DevelopePune team seems responsive, but the environment is still a bit raw.

Plus, having SNBP International School and Shree Hospital practically at the dootep is a huge relief for any resident. The project offea swimming pool and landscaped gardens, which are nice for unwinding. However, the roads directly leading to the project, especially off the main highway, can be a bit congested during peak hou, making it a little noisy sometimes.
