The location in Secunderabad is very convenient, with the metro station a short distance and schools nearby. Gharonda Builde& Developehave provided good amenities like a gymnasium and a children's play area. The Vastu compliant design was important for us. The area is lively, but sometimes the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit botheome. Still, it's a significant upgrade from our rental experience and we are settling in well.
