We bought a 3 BHK apartment which is 1858 square feet, offering ample space for our two children. The apartment cost us around 90 Lakh. The community hall and children's play area are well-utilized by families here. The project by Gharonda Builde& Developehas 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential. The only drawback is that the roads around Padmarao Nagar can get quite congested during peak hou, making travel a bit slow.
