Moving to Hyderabad for work at Gandhi Hospital, I needed a place close by. Gharonda Bhoopal in Secunderabad was a good option. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with the one I looked at being 997 Sq.ft, though some go up to 1831 Sq.ft. The price range from 26.79 Lakh to 46.9 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area. It's ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The jogging track and sports area are great for staying active. My main issue is the traffic around Padmarao Nagar during peak hou; it can be quite congested. Also, I wish the OC status was available. But the proximity to the metro station and bus station, both nearby, makes commuting easier. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice feel.

The project is ready to move, and it was completed in December 2013 by Gharonda Builde& DevelopeThe Vastu compliant design was important to me. The landscaping and tree planting create a pleasant environment. The price was reasonable for the size and location in Padmarao Nagar. However, I must admit the rooms feel a little smaller than I expected for a 3 BHK, especially the third bedroom. While the nearby schools are a plus, the general noise from the main road can be a bit botheome at times, especially during the day. The jogging track is useful for my morning walks.
