The project by Gera Developments includes fire sprinkleand a fire fighting system, which provides some peace of mind. They also mention 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are essential. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is 1012 Sq.ft. The location in Wagholi, on RP Road, is decent. It's under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. My main concern is the parking situation; while closed car parking is mentioned, I am worried it might be insufficient or difficult to navigate, especially as I often have friends visiting. Also, the distance to Ramwadi Metro Station is quite far at nearby, which is a drawback for public transport use
