The location near Balewadi on Baner Road is promising, with good connectivity to NH-48 and the proposed metro station. C M International School is very close, which is a bonus. Since the project is ready to move, we could plan our move without delays. Gaurav Associates has built this property. One thing we noticed is the price point is a bit high compared to other options we saw in Pune, but the ready-to-move status and the amenities like closed car parking justified it for us. We are looking forward to settling in.

As a government employee, I look for stability and good value. Gaurav Bliss Apartment in Baner offered a ready-to-move-in 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 995 square feet for 94.03 Lakh. The location is decent, being near Balewadi and close to Jupiter Hospital and C M International School. The fact that it is ready to move saved us a lot of hassle. Gaurav Associates is the developer. My only concern is the traffic on Baner Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to NH-48 is a major advantage for commuting. The closed car parking is also convenient for us.

It is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. Being near Baner Road and NH-48 is excellent for our IT jobs, making the commute much shorter. We also liked the fact that C M International School is a short distance, as we plan to start a family soon. Gaurav Associates has delivered the project. The only slight issue is that the parking area felt a bit tight when we visited, but it might be fine once we get our assigned spot.
