    We were looking for a place with good schools nearby and found Garuda Abode Llp in MALKAJGIRI, Secunderabad. Johnson Grammar School being right at nearby was the deciding factor for us. We looked at plots around 1341 Sq.ft. The availability of 24X7 water supply is crucial for a family. They also have a theme park and a kids' play area mentioned, which will be great for our children once we build. The internal roads and footpaths look well-constructed. While the location is fantastic for schools and hospitals (Yashoda is also 0 KM), getting onto the main highway during school drop-off and pick-up times can be a bit of a challenge due to the traffic. Otherwise, the plot is in a good spot.
