The 4 BHK Villa options, up to 1710 Sq.ft, offer plenty of space for us and potential future family growth. The massive 30,000 sqft club meadow is a big draw, along with amenities like the tennis court and swimming pool. Proximity to the Convention Centre Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for our commutes. The only slight worry is the current construction dust in the Rajarhat area, but that's typical for under-construction projects.

  We selected Gardenium Rajarhat primarily for its family-friendly amenities and location. It's great that Delhi Public School Megacity is nearby, which is a manageable distance for the kids. The project offe3 BHK and 4 BHK villas and duplexes with ample built-up areas. We particularly liked the dedicated cricket pitch and the swimming pool. The 67% open space with 15+ gardens provides plenty of room for children to play safely. Jupiter Developeare targeting a November 2028 completion, which gives us time.

  I am purchasing a 3 BHK Villa in Gardenium Rajarhat for my parents who are residing in Kolkata. I wanted a comfortable and secure environment for them with good amenities. The 1444 Sq.ft to 1608 Sq.ft options are suitable. The reflexology park and manicured gardens will be great for their daily relaxation. Jupiter Developehave a clear completion target of November 2028. While I haven't visited the site peonally recently, based on their previous projects, I have confidence in the quality. The price range appeareasonable for the features offered.

My main concern is the current connectivity. While it's close to NH 12, the final stretch to the property might involve navigating through developing areas, which can be a bit inconvenient initially. However, the sheer amount of open space and gardens is a strong positive.

The location in Vedic Village is serene, although reaching central Kolkata might take some time during peak houdue to traffic on the Rajarhat side. The expected completion is November 2028.

It's peaceful, and the 67% open space really makes a difference. I bought a 3 BHK Villa which is quite spacious, around 1608 Sq.ft built up. Jupiter Developeseem to be on track with the November 2028 completion date. The club facilities are also impressive, especially the swimming pool and the mini theatre. It’s a good place to relax and unwind.

The only downside I observed during my visit was the limited parking space mentioned for some units, which could be an issue if we have guests often. The proximity to Rajarhat Chowmatha is also a plus.
