We are looking for a comfortable home near the city but away from the chaos. Gardenium Rajarhat seems promising. The 4 BHK Villa options, up to 1710 Sq.ft, offer plenty of space for us and potential future family growth. The massive 30,000 sqft club meadow is a big draw, along with amenities like the tennis court and swimming pool. Proximity to the Convention Centre Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for our commutes. The only slight worry is the current construction dust in the Rajarhat area, but that's typical for under-construction projects.

The only downside I observed during my visit was the limited parking space mentioned for some units, which could be an issue if we have guests often. The proximity to Rajarhat Chowmatha is also a plus.
