We chose Ganguly 4 Sight Olivia because of its location near schools. Dinabandhu Andrews College is literally nearby, which saves us so much travel time for our children. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment which is around 1150 square feet, providing adequate space for our family. It was ready to move in, which was a priority for us. The price was around 52 Lakhs. The complex offea children's play area and good landscaping, which the kids enjoy. The security is also good, which gives us peace of mind. The only downside is the building’s age; it was completed in 2014, so some fittings might feel a little dated compared to newer projects. Still, it serves our needs well.

I like that there is 24/7 security and power backup, which are essential for me living alone.
