We are currently renting and decided to upgrade to our own place. We chose Ganesh Flora by Flora Buildcon because it is ready to move and has a decent 3 BHK configuration with 1082 sq.ft carpet area. The community hall is a good space for gatherings. The rainwater harvesting system and sewage treatment plant show the developer's commitment to sustainability, which we value. We found the vitrified flooring to be of good quality. Our main concern is the dust from the nearby construction sites, which can be a bit irritating on some days.
