We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 600 square feet. The project is ready to move in, which was important for us as we didn't want to wait. The connectivity to the Pune Ahmedabad highway is also a good point. My only small concern is the distance to K K Hospital, which is nearby, a bit far in emergencies. But for daily life, it's quite convenient.
