This is my very fit property purchase, a 2 BHK apartment at Gajanan Dev Residency. The size is 1125 Sq.ft built up, and the price was around 45 Lakh. It's located in Tragad, North West Ahmedabad. I liked the overall look of the project and the landscaping. It's also ready to move, which meant I could start living here straight away. The proximity to National Highway 8C is good for commuting. However, I noticed quite a bit of dust on the balconies due to ongoing construction nearby, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, that settles down over time. The car parking facility is adequate for my needs.

The location in Tragad is decent, close to Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad Road. My husband liked the landscaping and tree planting. The children's play area is also good for our little one. However, the parking can be a bit challenging if you have guests visiting, as it’s not very extensive. Also, the OC not being available is a slight worry, but the builder assured us it would come soon. Overall, a reasonable fit purchase.

I bought a 2 BHK here in Gajanan Dev Residency about six months ago. The built-up area is 1125 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for the price point of 45 Lakh onwards. Gajanan infrastucture is a developer I have looked at before. The location in North West, Tragad seems to be developing well, with good connectivity to Sardar Patel Ring Road. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I wanted to rent it out quickly. The only thing is that the OC is not available yet, which is a bit concerning for future resale value, but for rental income, it should be fine. The jogging track and senior citizen siteout are nice touches.

The 2 BHK apartment is 1125 Sq.ft built up, which gives us enough room. It's in Tragad, North West Ahmedabad. The price was 45 Lakh, which felt fair for the size and location. The amenities like the children's play area and the jogging track were also good for the kids. One small issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the nearby roads, especially during peak houBut it is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The entrance lobby is also quite well-maintained.

I particularly appreciate the Senior Citizen Siteout and the Jogging Track, which are great for my daily routine. The Car Parking is sufficient. Since it is ready to move, they could shift in immediately after I finalized the deal. Gajanan infrastucture has completed this project. The amenities like the Senior Citizen Siteout are perfect for them. My only concern is the lack of readily available bank loan options listed, which made the process a bit more complex from oveeas. Otherwise, they are happy.
