The built-up area of 1511 Sq.ft is perfect for us as a young couple. The gated community offegood security, and the recreation facilities are a nice bonus for weekends. Fortune Buildehas ensured internal roads and footpaths are well-constructed. We like the focus on energy management and rainwater harvesting. While it's not right next to a metro station like JBS Parade Ground (nearby away), the connectivity via internal roads is decent. It feels like a good place to start our journey together.
