This is my fit property purchase, and I chose F5 Epic Phase 3. I booked a 2 BHK apartment. The carpet area is around 575 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me. The developer, F5 Realto, has included features like rain water harvesting and a fire fighting system, which gives me confidence in their planning. Construction is ongoing, with an expected completion date of June 2026. I am a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but I undetand it's part of the process. The location on Nagar Road, Wagholi is developing well. I hope the final product is as good as promised.
