The developer, F5 Realto, has included features like rain water harvesting and a fire fighting system, which gives me confidence in their planning. Construction is ongoing, with an expected completion date of June 2026. I am a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but I undetand it's part of the process. The location on Nagar Road, Wagholi is developing well. I hope the final product is as good as promised.
