We were looking for a ready property for immediate use, and Gandhi Bafna Aayan Building 2 fit the bill. We considered a 2 BHK, which has a carpet area of 501 Sq.ft to 510 Sq.ft. The price was around 58 Lakhs for the larger units, which was on the higher side of our budget. However, the location on Nagar Road, Wagholi, offegood connectivity. It’s good that EuroSchool Kharadi is nearby, which is convenient. The developer, Gandhi Bafna Constructions Pvt Ltd, finished the project in December 2019. The main issue we faced was the noise from the ongoing construction nearby, which was quite disruptive during our visits. The spectacular view of the national park is definitely a highlight though.

Getting a good school nearby was our top priority, so EuroSchool Kharadi being nearby was a big plus. We bought a 1.5 BHK apartment here, which has a carpet area between 429 Sq.ft and 468.2 Sq.ft. It’s a bit compact, but works for us for now. The project is Gandhi Bafna Aayan Building 2, developed by Gandhi Bafna Constructions Pvt Ltd. It's in Wagholi, Nagar Road. The metro station is nearby, which is manageable. We liked that it is ready to move in, saving us construction delays. The apartment price was around 40 Lakhs. The only downside is the dust on the Nagar Road stretch, which is constant. The view is nice though.

My partner really liked the view of the national park from the balcony, it’s quite spectacular. The price for the 2 BHK was about 48 Lakhs, which was within our budget. Location on Nagar Road, Wagholi is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houGandhi Bafna Constructions Pvt Ltd seems to have completed the project on time back in December 2019. Parking is available both open and closed, which is good. Overall, it’s a decent place for a young couple starting out.

The location in Wagholi on Nagar Road is reasonably well-connected. Manipal Hospital is nearby, which is very convenient. The price was around 52 Lakhs, which felt a little high but manageable for me as I got a good loan. The project was completed in December 2019 and is ready to move. One thing I noticed is that the parking space, especially closed car parking, can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. But the spectacular view of the national park is a definite plus.
