    I bought my 2 BHK flat in Alcon Renaissant last year as it was ready to move. The size is perfect for me, about 1200 square feet. I really appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The gymnasium is well-equipped and I use it almost every day. Being close to Nagar Road helps with my commute to work. My only minor issue is the dust on the balcony sometimes, which is probably due to the ongoing construction in the wider area. Alcon Buildeand Promotehave kept the common areas clean though. The price was within my budget, around 1.2 Crore, and I feel it was a good purchase.

    We moved into Alcon Renaissant about two months ago. The 2 BHK flat is quite spacious, around 1050 square feet, which is good for our two children. They love the swimming pool and the little cricket pitch they have here. The landscaping is also very nice, makes the complex feel green.
