    Finding a flat near N. St. Mathew's Public School was our main priority for the children. Ever Green Prime is perfectly located for us and saves so much travel time every morning. We opted for the larger 1444.62 Sq.ft unit because we needed the extra space. The community buildings and tree planting planned by Ever Green Infra will make it a nice environment for the kids to grow up in. We are hoping the developer maintains the quality of the electrical meter room and water conservation systems as promised. The under construction status means we have a few yeabefore we get the keys in August 2027, which gives us enough time to plan our finances properly. Everything seems quite straightforward and well planned for families.
