After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and convenient place in Jaipur. Era Aster Court seemed like a good fit. I checked out the 3 BHK apartments, which have a built-up area of 2200 square feet. The location on NH-8, near Tonk Phatak, is decent, though it can be a bit noisy due to the highway. Laxmi Mandir Bus Stop is nearby, which is manageable for occasional travel. The availability of 24x7 water supply and power backup are great comforts. Era Group BuildeMeerut delivered a ready-to-move property, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The surrounding area seems to be developing, which is nice.

This apartment in Era Aster Court, Jaipur, is a solid choice for a family. We opted for a 4 BHK unit with 2800 square feet built up. It is located directly on NH-8 at Tonk Phatak, which provides good access to the city. Subodh Public School is extremely close, which is perfect for our children. Having 24x7 water supply and fire sprinkleare important safety and convenience features. The developer, Era Group BuildeMeerut, seems to have provided decent construction quality. We are happy with the space and layout of the apartment. It feels like a good value for the size of the home we got.

We were looking for a larger home and found Era Aster Court. We chose a 3 BHK which is 2200 square feet built up, a big upgrade from our rental. It's right on NH-8, which is convenient for my husband's commute to his school which is very close. We also like that CK Birla Hospitals is also nearby, giving us peace of mind. It's a ready-to-move property, which meant we could shift quickly. The power backup is a good feature. My only concern is the noise from the highway at night, but we are getting used to it.
