We chose this project because it was ready to move, and Siddhivinayak Properties delivered it in January 2017. The price point of 24.4 Lakh was attractive. The kids' play area is a good addition for our little one. We also appreciated the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The entrance lobby is spacious. Getting to Prodigy Public School, which is nearby, is very convenient for us. Water pressure might be an issue on higher floo, but we are on a lower one.
