We purchased a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of about 900 sq.ft. The layout feels practical for a family. Elegant Builtcon has ensured essential amenities like closed car parking and a fire fighting system are in place. The project being ready to move was also a big relief. My main concern is the traffic congestion on Baner Road, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, which can make getting around slightly frustrating. However, the availability of other routes like Pashan Sus road helps mitigate this. The overall community feel seems positive.

I analyzed the 1 RK option, which has a compact carpet area of 159 sq.ft. While small, the rental potential in this vicinity is good. The proximity to the proposed metro station in Hinjewadi is a significant plus for future appreciation. The developer has included decent infrastructure like storm water drains and water conservation measures. The completion date is June 2025, but it's ready to move in already. This makes it attractive for immediate rental income.

  Moving from our rental flat, we wanted something permanent in Baner, and Elegant Aariv seemed like a good option. We liked the 3 BHK configuration, offering a carpet area between 888 sq.ft and 960 sq.ft. This gives us plenty of space for our growing family and visiting relatives. The developer, Elegant Builtcon, has provided a sewage treatment plant and rain water harvesting, which are good for the environment. The proximity to C M International School, just a 3-minute drive away, was a major deciding factor for us. The project is ready to move, which is perfect. The only small concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but we expect that to settle down.

  We bought a 2 BHK in Elegant Aariv because the location in Baner is very convenient for our IT jobs. It's easy to get to the highway and the proposed metro is a good sign. The carpet area for our flat is around 740 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us right now. Elegant Builtcon has included amenities like energy management and a sewage treatment plant. The project is ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait long. One minor issue is that during the monsoon, the area behind Laxman Nagar can get a bit waterlogged, but it usually cleaup quickly. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

Also, I felt the electrical meter room could have been better integrated into the design. Nevertheless, considering it's ready, it’s a viable option.

  We decided to move to Elegant Aariv for a quieter life after retirement. The project is located behind Laxman Nagar in Baner, a decent area. We considered the 2 BHK apartments, which offer a carpet area from 719 sq.ft to 763 sq.ft. The size is comfortable for us. While the project has essential amenities like a fire fighting system and street lighting, I noticed the parking can get a bit congested, especially the open parking spots. Also, being close to the main Baner road, there's a noticeable amount of traffic noise during peak houHowever, the presence of Jupiter Hospital nearby is reassuring. We are hoping for peaceful living here.
