I was looking for a stable and peaceful place to live, and Elegance Earth Aroma caught my eye. The location on S. P. Ring Road is quite accessible, and it's reassuring to know that Marengo CIMS Hospital is nearby for any medical emergencies. I inspected a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 1195 square feet, and it felt spacious enough for my needs. The Vastu compliant design was also a point that appealed to me. The amenities like the terrace garden and gazebo sound very relaxing. My only reservation is the pricing; 47.8 Lakh onwards feels a bit steep for a project completed in 2012, even though it's ready to move. I wish there was some flexibility on the price.

The 1195 square feet built-up area for the 2 BHK flat is decent, not too cramped. We checked out the children's play area and the swimming pool, which are good facilities to have. The price point of 47.8 Lakh onwards was within our budget, though we are still a bit concerned about the traffic noise from the Ring Road, especially during peak houThe project was completed in 2012, so it's ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. Finding a place that balances convenience and comfort is key for me. Elegance Earth Aroma is located in North West Ahmedabad, close to Science City Circle. The 2 BHK flat with 1195 square feet built-up area provides ample space. I really liked the idea of a dedicated Yoga/Meditation Area and the Terrace Garden for some quiet time after work. The presence of lifts and 24x7 security is also a big plus for a single woman. The price of 47.8 Lakh onwards is manageable. My main concern is the parking; while car parking is available, I worry it might get crowded. Also, being ready to move since 2012 means some fittings might show their age, but the developer, Elegance Skyz, is known for decent projects. The proximity to S S Divine School is also a positive aspect of the neighborhood.

However, I noticed that the Occupation Certificate (OC) status was not available, which is a significant point for any property purchase, especially for investment purposes. The proximity to S S Divine School, just a minute away, is a plus if one has young children. Still, the lack of OC is a dampener.

The price of 47.8 Lakh onwards is acceptable given the location and facilities. One minor issue is the distance to the Thaltej Metro Station, which is about 4.6 kilomete, making daily commuting a bit longer if I need to use the metro. However, easy access to the S. P. Ring Road compensates for this.
