We chose Eldeco Apartments primarily for its proximity to schools. Vivekanand School is less than a kilometer away, which is fantastic for our children. We bought a 5 BHK, which is 2310 square feet, providing plenty of room for our growing family. The price was around 2.39 Crore. This project is ready to move, which was important for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and play area are great for the kids. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The only slight downside is that the Vaishali Metro Station is a bit far, at nearby, so we usually drive. Overall, the spacious layout and location near essential services are major advantages.
