The price for these larger units goes up to 33.92 L. DBM Realtohas included some unique amenities like a serene natural water body and decorative cast iron railings, which add character. The location in Chandannagar, Hooghly is developing, and it's good to see features like landscaping and tree planting. It’s currently under construction, with completion expected in July 2028. The only slight concern is the distance to Palta Station Metro, which is nearby, making daily commutes longer.
