After retiring, I wanted a calm and quiet place. DSR Raj Enclave in Secunderabad offered exactly that. I chose a 3 BHK villa, around 1500 sq.ft, which gives me plenty of space. The Vastu compliant aspect was important to me and my family. The price was reasonable, about 35 Lakhs. It's good that there is a gymnasium on-site for staying active. The nearby Gemcare Poulomi Hospitals are a significant advantage for health needs. While the project is ready to move, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The maintenance staff is helpful.

It's located near Hi Tension Road in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad. The price was around 28 Lakhs, which fit my budget. I like that the gymnasium is within the complex, and the power backup is a great feature for busy weekdays. The only minor issue is the traffic on Hi Tension Road during peak hou, but it’s manageable. The built-up area of my villa is 1100 sq.ft, which is comfortable for one peon. The landscaping looks nice too.
