Our 2 BHK apartment is about 900 square feet, which is enough space for our two children. The location in Sector 73, Sarfabad, Noida is very convenient, especially with Cloudnine Hospital also being so close. Being ready to move was key for us. The price was within our budget of 40 Lakh. The only minor issue is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan get a bit heavy, but that's typical for Noida.
