The gym facilities are good, and the landscaped gardens offer a nice place to relax after a long day. We chose a 703 Sq.ft 2 BHK. The price point of around 47 Lakhs was within our budget. Access to the highway is decent. The only minor issue we found is that the parking space feels a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or two caOtherwise, it seems like a solid choice.

This is my fit property purchase, and I was a bit nervous. I chose Dreamland Allure Apartment because it's ready to move and the Dreamland Venture seemed reliable. I bought a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 720 Sq.ft. The price was around 48 Lakhs. The amenities like the children's play area and the clubhouse made it appealing. It is located in Wagholi, Pune.
