  We chose Dreamchart Shree Sagar City primarily for its location, especially for our children's schooling. Dolphins International School is literally at nearby, which is fantastic. We bought a plot of about 1100 square feet. The developer, Dreamchart Square Llp, is constructing this project in Chaksu, Jaipur, near NH-8. The expected completion is September 2027. The 24x7 security and power backup are good features for a family. The nearby Life Care Hospital is also a relief. The plot sizes range from 829 Sq.ft to 6211 Sq.ft, giving us options. One minor drawback is that the road access to the site itself can be a bit narrow and dusty, especially during the construction phase. We hope this improves once the main development is complete.
