I finally moved into Dream Krishna Residency last month. The 2 BHK flat I purchased has a carpet area of around 580 square feet, which is quite comfortable for my wife and me. We liked that it is ready to move in, as we did not want to wait any longer. The location in Patil Nagar, Saswad, is peaceful, and it's good that the hospital and school are so close by. The bus stand being nearby is also a convenience. The price was within our budget, around 34 Lakh. The developer, Dream Sakruti Develope, seems to have decent construction quality. My only minor issue is that the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some areas.

S. Waghire High School, both within walking distance. My commute to the office takes about 30 minutes, which is acceptable. The developer, Dream Sakruti Develope, has provided a decent living space. The only drawback is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit annoying sometimes, but that is typical for developing areas.

My rationale for investing here is the ongoing development in the Saswad area and the fact that it is ready to move. Dream Sakruti Developehave a track record of completing projects. I believe rental demand will pick up here. The proximity to educational institutions and healthcare facilities is a good sign for future appreciation. One thing to note is that OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern for resale value later on, but given the price point, it was acceptable.
