The 1150 square feet area for a 2 BHK flat is standard. Its location in Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, is reasonably connected. The fire sprinkleand 24x7 water supply are essential safety and comfort features. We found the building aesthetically pleasing and the construction appeared solid. There isn't much to complain about, but it would be good to know the OC status for added peace of mind.
