    We chose Divya Madhumita for our family because of its proximity to schools. Chandernagore Kanailal Vidyamandir is nearby, which is convenient. We opted for a 2 BHK flat, around 636 square feet, which offeenough space for our two children. The price range of 9.67 Lakh to 17.26 Lakh was manageable for us. Being ready to move was a major factor as we didn't want to deal with construction delays. Divya Buildedelivered this project in January 2020. Parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles, but it’s manageable.
