We were looking to upgrade from our rental and found Dhathri Golden Tulip on Bolaram Road, Secunderabad. The 3 BHK apartments, with a built-up area of 1289 square feet, offered the space we needed. The price of 51.58 Lakh was at the higher end of our budget, but the project is ready to move in. Dhathri Infrastructures has completed other projects, which gives us some confidence. The nearby Surekha Hospital (3.4 km) and Pallavi Model School (5.7 km) are important factofor us. The lift facility is good. However, the actual road access to the project could be better; it feels a bit secluded. Also, the lack of OC details is a worry.

We liked the 2 BHK apartment sizes, especially the 733 square feet option, it felt cozy. The price for this unit was around 29.31 Lakh which fit our budget. It's ready to move in, which is great since we don't want to wait too long. The lift and power backup are essential for us. The only downside is that the OC is not yet available, which makes us a bit hesitant about the final approvals. We are still considering it, but the nearby hospital is a plus.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Dhathri Golden Tulip. The built-up area is 925 square feet and the price was about 37 Lakh. Being a government employee, I appreciate the stability of the area and the fact that the project is ready to move in. The developer, Dhathri Infrastructures, seems reliable. It is located on Bolaram Road, Secunderabad, which is reasonably connected. The proximity to Gopal Nagar Bus Stop, nearby, is convenient for daily travel. I am happy with the power backup facility. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is noticeable at times. But overall, it’s a good buy for the price.
