My husband and I chose Dharma Residency because we wanted a peaceful space after retirement. The location near Ulavacharu Factory is quite convenient for our daily walks. We liked the 1246.14 sq.ft apartment as it is easy to maintain. The presence of the home theatre room is a nice touch for when our grandchildren visit. However, the traffic on the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road can be quite noisy during peak houwhich is a bit of a disturbance. Guru Infra has built a solid structure, but the garden area could have been bigger. Overall, it is a decent place to settle down, and we feel safe living here with the security arrangements in place.
