Bharathi Devi included several good amenities such as landscaping, tree planting, and storm water drains, which shows they have thought about the infrastructure. The project is ready to move in since August 2023. The proximity to A S Rao Nagar is convenient, being nearby. I have noticed a bit of dust from nearby ongoing construction, but hopefully that will settle down soon. Otherwise, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance is a plus for security.
