I bought a 3 BHK here in Dhanya Sree Edifice. The saleable area is 1027 Sq.ft which felt like a good deal for the price point of around 45 Lakh. The location in Malkajgiri, Secunderabad is developing rapidly, which is why I see good potential for rental income. Dhanya Sree Infra has a decent track record. It is ready to move, which is a big plus. My main concern is the completion date is December 2024, so I have to wait a bit longer for possession. Overall, I am cautiously optimistic about this investment.

The building has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and security. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times. But being so close to the school makes it worth it.
