The proximity to the airport (3 km) is a huge bonus for us as we travel frequently for work. It’s also convenient that NH 12 is nearby. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to the project, but it's manageable. Overall, we are happy with our decision.
