We purchased a 3 BHK here a couple of months back. The space is quite large, 1600 square feet, perfect for our growing family and the kids have plenty of room. The children's play area is a big hit with them. Being close to schools and hospitals like Max Super Speciality Hospital (around 6.29 KM) was a major factor in our decision. Devika Apartments is also near the Delhi Meerut Expressway which is helpful. However, the traffic noise can be a bit much during peak hou, which is a concern with young children.
