The 839 Sq.ft apartment gives us enough space for the kids to move around. It was ready to move in since 2018, which was a big plus for us as we needed to settle quickly. The area in Mallapur, Secunderabad, is developing well. My only small concern is the traffic during peak hounear the Kushaiguda Depot Bus Stop, which is also a short distance.
