The location is excellent, very close to the Motera Stadium Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. I decided on a 2 BHK. Soham Group is the developer. My parents were concerned about parking, and it does seem a bit tight if you have more than one vehicle, but otherwise, it’s manageable. Having Axis Bank and HDFC nearby for loans was helpful.
