We decided on Dev Vihaan for our family home. The location near Nest Public School, nearby, was a huge deciding factor for us. Our kids can walk to school easily. The 3 BHK flat we looked at had a good carpet area of 1365 Sq.ft, giving enough room for everyone. The children's play area is a great facility for them to spend time outdoosafely. The 24X7 water supply is consistent, which is important with kids. The only downside is that the parking can feel a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle, but we manage. Soham Group seems to have provided the necessary amenities.
