We finally bought our fit home in Dev Tranquil. The 1560 sq.ft 3 BHK seemed like a good size for starting out. We looked at a few places in North West Ahmedabad but this one felt right. It's ready to move which was a big plus for us. The developer, Soham Group, seems to have completed the project back in 2011. The location in Koteshwar is quite convenient. We haven't moved in yet but everything looks good so far. The children's play area is decent for now.
