    This is our fit home purchase, and we visited Dev Pinnacle a couple of times. The 3 BHK apartments look promising, with built-up areas around 1300 square feet. We liked the idea of having a children's play area and a community area amidst greenery. The location is decent, not too far from the highway which is good. However, the road leading to the project site can get dusty during construction, which is a bit of a concern for us. The completion is expected in March 2027. Soham Group seems to be a known developer. We are still weighing our options, but it’s definitely one of the contendefor our dream home.
